Work With Me
I work with two or three providers at a time. This is what that looks like.
Each organisation gets a real share of my week, every week – me in the work with your leaders, over the time culture change actually takes.
Deep work needs presence, so I keep the practice small.
What an engagement looks like
Present, accountable, and in it with you.
We start by defining the culture you actually want, in behaviour your people would recognise. We build the plan to close the gap. I run the leadership development stream with your leaders – that’s always the centre. And the rhythm and tools keep it alive between sessions, so the change compounds instead of fading.
Through all of it, I’m the person in the room and on the phone. Not an account manager, not a rotating bench, not a deck left behind after a kickoff. I work with you across the year because culture doesn’t shift in a quarter, and someone senior has to still be there when the hard week comes.
What it isn’t
Some honest exclusions.
It isn’t a course your leaders enrol in.
It isn’t software you switch on – the tools work because the leadership work comes first.
And it isn’t a big-consultancy engagement, with a partner at the pitch and juniors on the floor. It’s one experienced practitioner, chosen deliberately, working with a small number of organisations properly.
Who it suits
The fit test, honestly.
The work goes well when three things are true.
- The chief executive genuinely owns the culture – it isn’t delegated two layers down.
- The leadership team is willing to look at its own shadow first, before asking the frontline to change.
- The organisation can commit to a rhythm over time, not an intensive burst before an accreditation visit.
If that’s you – in aged care, NDIS, health, or human / personal services more broadly – we should talk. If it’s not you yet, the honest thing is to say so, and I will.
“Campbell brings immense experience which I have found invaluable. He works very well with me, my team, and managers at every level in our organisation. My team love working with him. Highly recommended.”

The conversation
It starts with an email, and it stays honest.
Write to me about where your culture is and what you’re carrying. I’ll reply personally – no handoffs, nothing automated. We’ll talk about your reality: your sites, your leaders, your last engagement survey, what’s been tried. Then we’ll both decide whether this is a fit. If I’m full, I’ll tell you and we can talk about timing. If I’m not the right person, I’ll tell you that too, and point you somewhere better.
An email to me, not a funnel. campbell@culturecrunch.io
